Chefs
You will be joining a hard-working and motivated team.
You will be required to work 6 days a week on a rotational shift
basis.

Waiting Staff
You must be able to work hard and offer an excellent level of customer service. Your duties will include taking
food and drink orders, serving food and drink,
and general cleaning tasks.

Counter Assistants
You must be able to work hard and offer an excellent level of customer service. Your duties will include the serving of fresh food and general cleaning tasks. You will work 6 days a week

Butchers [all skill levels, from fully qualified to
trainee]
You must be able to work hard and be physically strong
- this is a demanding role. Your duties will include the preparation of fresh meat and to ensure that the work-area is kept clean. You will
be required to work 6 days a week.
