Our meat counter offers customers an excellent range of local beef, lamb, pork, and chicken.

All our beef and lamb is personally selected by John Chadwick from local farms, before being slaughtered in our own EC approved, on-site abattoir. It is then prepared directly next door in our modern cutting areas by skilled Guild of Q Leave our Web site butchers.

It is with great confidence that we offer our customers the finest value-for-money meat - backed up with full traceability - through our shop and 1817 cafe bar and restaurant.
